This is the Northern Staff EMS NJ BLS Rig Check app — a digital version of your shift equipment checklist. It runs directly in your phone's browser with no installation needed. It's a single HTML file that works offline once opened.

Your supervisor or a crewmate will send you the file via WhatsApp or email. Here's how to open it:

1. Tap the file in WhatsApp or your email
2. Tap "Open with" and choose Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone)
3. The form will open immediately — no login needed for basic use

No account needed to fill out and submit the rig check. Just open the file and start your shift.

The only login is the Admin panel (⚙️ button, top right), which is for supervisors only. It controls email recipients, unit numbers, and company settings. Ask your supervisor for the admin credentials if you need to change something.

Yes. Every time you fill in a field, tap a checkbox, or capture a photo, your progress is automatically saved to your device's local storage. If your phone dies, the browser crashes, or you accidentally close the tab — your data will still be there when you reopen the file.

You can also tap "SAVE DRAFT" at the bottom bar at any time for extra peace of mind.

The START and END buttons in the top header indicate which shift you are checking the rig for.

• START — Complete at the beginning of your shift before going into service
• END — Complete at the end of your shift before turning the unit over

This is important for the 4 ambulance photos — photos taken in START mode are labeled as "Shift Start" photos, and END photos as "Shift End" photos. Both sets are included in the emailed report.
