  1. Go to resend.com → Sign up free (no credit card)
  2. Click API Keys → Create API Key → name it RigCheck Pro → copy it
  3. In Netlify → your site → Site Configuration → Environment Variables
  4. Add variable: RESEND_API_KEY = your key from step 2
  5. Add variable: RESEND_FROM = RigCheck Pro <reports@yourdomain.com>
  6. Click Deploys → Trigger deploy → Deploy site to apply the env vars
  7. Return here and click Send Test Email above to verify
