🍕 Crew Fund
Pool money for pizza parties or coffee runs, paste any Venmo / PayPal / Cash App link. It shows as a card with a progress bar on the crew forums. Update the raised amount as money comes in.
⚙️ Feature Controls
Pausing removes cert tracking and cert requirements for the chosen scope everywhere at once (crew app, schedule, dispatch, new signups, and the public site); unpausing restores it instantly with all saved dates intact. The site-wide switch overrides every agency setting.

Connect RigCheck to your other tools. Subscribe a calendar to your runs, or send events to Zapier, Make, or any URL.

📅 Calendar feed (read-only)

Subscribe in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook to see scheduled runs and standing orders. This link is private to your agency; anyone with it can view your run schedule.

Rotating invalidates the old link everywhere it was added.

🪝 Webhooks

POST events to any URL as they happen. Each request is signed with your secret in the X-RigCheck-Signature header (t=timestamp,v1=HMAC-SHA256 of timestamp.body). Retries with backoff; an endpoint failing 15 times in a row auto-disables.

Escalation policy & safety gates

A run nobody acknowledges gets the crew re-pushed, then dispatch alerted, automatically. Gates check certs and today's rig check at assignment. Warn allows with a logged override; Enforce blocks.

🔒 Audit Log
Append-only record of who did what, and when, rig check submissions, photos, certification changes, unit status, sign-ins, and every sensitive config change. Actor and timestamp are stamped by the server; no user, including an admin, can edit or delete an entry.
Note: server sync requires the site_settings table (db/site_settings.sql). Without it, changes apply on this device only.

Form Builder , every change saves to the server and reshapes the live rig-check form for your whole company (and per vehicle type). Drag sections to reorder, uncheck to remove, tune each vehicle's list, and toggle individual equipment items.
🚑 Vehicle List Templates
Define what each vehicle type's checklist EXCLUDES. Crew members assigned a list (Crew tab → 📋 Lists) pick it when starting a check; unchecked sections are removed for that vehicle type. BLS Transport uses the full form.
🧰 Equipment Item Visibility
Uncheck any item to remove it from the rig check form (e.g. rigs without a glucometer). Nothing is deleted, re-check to restore. Applies company-wide after Save.

    💾 Your Own Backup Copy
    Your data is already copied nightly to three separate providers, Supabase, GitHub and Netlify. A copy on your own device is the one that survives losing access to all of them: a billing lapse, a locked account, or a provider dispute. Download one on a schedule you choose and keep it somewhere you control.
    🔒 Record Integrity Check
    Every submitted rig check is sealed with a SHA-256 digest of its contents at the moment it is signed. This recomputes each digest from the live record and reports any that no longer match, proof your compliance records are unaltered, or precise identification of any that are not.
    ⚖️ Legal / Audit Evidence Package
    One click builds a complete, timestamped ZIP for auditors, attorneys, or N.J. Dept. of Health inspections: every rig check record (CSV), full crew certification roster (CSV), the complete photo archive with a chain-of-record manifest, and a summary cover sheet. Nothing is modified, this is a read-only snapshot.
